“First class attention from start to finish”

We decided to replace our Magnet kitchen which had served us without problems for 20 years because the double oven free standing cooker had stopped working! (that was 8 years old)!
Your shop staff were so kind, courteous and helpful throughout the designing, planning and choice of units, worktops etc.
Fortunately there was a 50% offer on the units, and a free built in double oven - brilliant, exactly what I wanted.
We chose an independent local, experienced fitter, who commented that some of the fitting instructions were not very clear, printed in German didn't help either! However the finished product is perfect, so much so that the fitter is calling to take photographs. Our friends and family expressed their approval with "wow"!! and thought the pull out pantry and pull out swivel shelves in two of the corner cupboards were fantastic.
I especially chose these as I am an o.a.p. and now have difficulty in getting on my hands and knees to rummage in the back of cupboards!!
My 9 year old grand-daughter expressed her wish to move in with us now that we have such a super kitchen - high praise indeed, her eyes nearly popped out when she came for a viewing!
Only one negative comment, the hob and sink have several light scratches on them, which is a shame as everything else is really good.
