Bit of a techno-phob,I was worried about incurring charges when WI-FI not available. The consultant was extremely helpful, checking my Current bill and this months usage to put my mind at ease.
He also ran me through the Daisy account site and explained how to set up an alarm if I reach my allowance.
Very professional and a credit to the company.
