I have used this service several times in the past.
My only issue with theirnprocess is that , they can not handle the border to deliver all items in thengift at the same time.
They are courteous but they don't understand the idea that a gift containing several items are meant for an occasion and so much st reach all at a time not 2 days before or 2 days after. It is not a big issue if it is managed properly. But this service is simple not pablenor have the will to do it.

So , I have said it. If you don't like it I am sorry.

But it defeats the purpose.
So my suggestion is get your act guys. Or when someone else does that better you will wonder what hit you.

But your staff are very nice courteous and helpful. They do a good job based on what you have at your disposal but it could be improved and they will shine better.
