“I used the Agoda app on Android, the app oked me...”

I used the Agoda app on Android, the app oked me booking, 1 hour later, Agoda sent me an email that my booking was cancelled.
Why?, no reason.
- so I got worried:
1. money paid, money lost and no room?
2. money paid and no room?
3. no room?

At the end, no money loss, but what about the room? Do I hve to sleep on the street?

The app on Android certainly made me worried.
