“A Week in Volcano”

My husband and I are very definitely Senior Citizens. But, right from the start the staff at Fleetway Travel treated our request for a week's holiday at short notice with courtesy and patience. We listed our requirements and needs. When there was a delay while J searched for a suitable destination we were kept informed of his progress. At no time were we pressured or hurried to accept a suggestion. We were encouraged us to think over his suggestions before making our final choice. Our confirmation documents and vouchers came as promised. How enjoyable not to have to make all the arrangements ourselves on line.
Our journey, by plane, coach and hydrofoil went like clockwork. The hotel Therasia Resort and Spa, Volcano, was wonderful. However service in the dining room was at times rather disorganised and slow. The food was plentiful, beautiful presented and varied. But the cost of wine and drinks was eye-wateringly high. Perhaps this was why there were few guests in the bar.
Was it an enjoyable holiday? Indeed it was. Thank you Fleetway Travel.
