Some of the hotels are below 3 stars. They cancel too often and leave people stranded. They will cancel tours even after their staff guarantees that tour will not cancel because they have met minimum requirements for the coach to go ahead. I met few families on our tour and they all had same problem, we all had to make other arrangements either flight change or depart early at our expense.
