Very easy company to deal with. Had a problem with my car, phoned WMS for advice, told them my car reg. number, and said where I would like to take it for diagnosis and repair. Was told straight away that was ok, and WMS would deal directly with the garage. Had my car fixed, paid for the repair, and forwarded the invoice to WMS for reimbursement. It could not have been any easier. When my car was returned to me, the garage (owner) told me WMS were one of the most straight forward warranty companies he has come across.
