ordered a bed and mattress, delivery was scheduled for 2 weeks later.
on the day a matterss appeared buyt no bed, when i spoke to their customer service they could not advised when i would recieve the bed but at least a month later.
i asked them for an alternative bed but the advisor told me they have no stock of any bed so could not help.
when canceling the mattress as no good without bed they attempted to charge £20 to collect even though they had not fulfilled order.
i would not reccomend these people to anyone, as i have had the same bed and matress delivered ontime and cheaper by another company
