“Total rip off”

Booked a car with Argus car hire
It was a good deal but to good to be true
I paid extra for damage insurance
On arriving at Palma Airport I presented my paperwork with insurance
I was told I would have to pay a deposit on my credit card which would be returned when the car was returned also paid for full tank of petrol
I was lied to money was not returned I had paid for super cover damage insurance costing 300 E with the petrol
We used less than half the petrol nothing was returned
So hiring a car for 9 days a mokka has cast me over
500 E
Do not touch with a barge pole
