The most inefficient service that I have ever encountered, constant broadband and email faults, broken promises, blaming other companies for their own errors, denying faults on their part which was directly accountable to them, refusing to call back on numerous occasions following promises that they would, blocking transfer to another supplier 5 times, sending letters promising actions that were never carried out, telling me if I wished to speak to a Senior Manager it would take 10 days for him to phone me. charging me for services not ordered or received, threatening to charge me for Engineer`s visits to correct their faults, charging me foe posted accounts when due to their system failure I could not get them on line. The lists go on and on and this is only a fraction of their failures. I feel sorry for their Manila staff who are polite and apologetic, but nothing gets done to resolve problems. If you enjoy enough stress to cause you a heart attack or mental breakdown, then by all means subscribe otherwise stay well clear
