“Very rude lady answering phone”

phoned to ask for confirmation on dates and lugguage allowance; the lady who answered was very rude and abrupt.
Couldn't give me details of who i was flying out with prior to booking. said i needed to book first and then details would be sent out.
Asked for info to be sent out in an email and again very abrupt and unhelpful.
Her words where " do u want it or not as someone else will buy it!!"
Asked about hand lugguage allowance and was told it will be up to 10kg, again asked her to confirm exact allowance and again very abrupt; she then said couldn't you add another bag!(i had already added a bag at cost of £60 when all other operators only charge £50)Explained this would increase the cost of the holiday but she wasn't interested in helping or explaining.
Do not recommend using this agency!!
