“Not very clean”

Stayed at Country Inn and Suites in Virginia Beach on Atlantic Ave that I booked on booking.com. The staff was friendly. However the room was not really clean. There was mold on the ceiling, the paint on the ceiling was peeling in the bathroom, and the room overall was dusty/dirty. There were spots in various places on the walls like something had splattered on it. There were long dark hairs in the bathroom on the floor in several areas, my husband or I neither have long dark hair... Just felt not very clean. Would not stay there again.
