“SHOES LOST IN TRANSIT”

I ordered my shoes 13 days ago and payed for 10 day shipping. I contacted the store about not having received any type of tracking information and after three emails they said my item had been lost in transit and since they were OUT OF STOCK on this product they could only offer me a refund. So when I go back to the site to look at the shoes that are "OUT OF STOCK" like told to me by their customer service they say "IN STOCK" WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THEY NEVER HAD THE SHOES IN STOCK BUT ARE SIMPLY TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY AND WAITING TO SEE IF THEY NOTICE. PUBLIC DESIRE IS A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO THIS SHOP!
