I have been with this lot for quite a few years now and at the start they were pretty decent. In the last couple of years however their service has slipped and more recently vanished altogether, just like the email items I send out to my customers.
Every time I contact them it's the same question, "can you try setting it to marigold.dataflame.com". It has been really bad for months and now I am getting certificate warnings when using the outlook client, it's not trusted. This isn't hard to fix, unless you are Dataflame.
Dataflame I fear is now just another business in the game to make money, the customers are a necessary evil to be tolerated, a little bit.
