Dreadful customer service. I am still waiting for article ordered 30th November 2010 - it is now Jan 26th 2011. Despite numerous phone calls they keep telling me it is on its way. I asked for a refund and they said I had to complete their form which they would send. That was a week ago and the form has not arrived either.
