“Absolutely abysnmal service”

In the past the service has been excellent but was badly let down when needed most. From call out to pick up 5 hours just off a motorway slip road at night for a lone female. A comedy of errors and very stressful. I complained and left my contact number-never heard back from them.
Avoid - they do not seem to have the number of agents to call upon throughout the country.
