I booked an italian holiday last year and everything was fine until we arrived and we found that the wrong hotel had been booked. So on the first day we spent all the time looking for another place to stay and trying to sort out the detail for the holiday. We found a hotel for two nights without sunmasters help. We were then told that there was another hotel donwn the coast that we could move to but we would need to pay for the transfer. We ended up in a remote place for the remainder of our stay asnd very isolated.
When we got back I contacted sunmaster customer services numerous times without success and basiclly being fobbed off each time. They could not understand the level of trauma that we had been through. Absolutly disgusting customer service - I would never book with them again. Terrible company.
