Pick up at the airport was fairly easy and the English speaking staff were excellent and helpful. My only concern was the charge for fuel which was 87€ for a full tank,
bearing in mind the car was a Fiat 500 I would have to do a lot of miles to burn that lot, I drive a 2.5 van for work and only use £50 a week. Charge for for 10lts and let the driver put in what he needs. Strikes me as bit of a money spinner for the rental firm.
