Purchased an item online and website states non stock but delivered in one week. It did not arrive so chased, was told one more week. It did not arrive so chased again, was told again one more week. This kept going on until I cancelled.
I can understand supplier did not supply but when I raised a formal complaint and asked if they come back with after talking to supplier, only answer I got was we have refunded your money. Ofcourse you will refund my money after sitting on it for one month. Needed a proper resolution but they cant seems to be bothered apart from one liner "refunded your money"
