I had to wait over an hour for my taxi, after travelling over 11 hours. I had to be looking all over for my driver. I was scared and disappointed as there were so much different taxi company harassing us to go with them.
Coming back everything went well as I asked the hotel staff to confirm my taxi personally I think travel republic should have been the one to make sure my taxi is on time as you took payment. Question why do you check up on your customers in a strange place? That would have been helpful in the hot sun.
