“customer services !”

I bought a Logik electric hob because it was on offer although it was not going to be fitted for about 5 weeks BIG MISTAKE. when the hob was fitted the controls got hot (53 degrees as tested by there engineer) but this was within the acceptable range although you could not hold your finger on it.
Because we had the hob for 30 days we could not return it.
Customer services are a joke, you hold for 5 or 6 minutes then they send you round in circles while you end up where you started.
So the moral is do not buy online and make sure it is all checked in good time before the 30 days runs out or do not buy from Currys.
