By chance I visited two different McDonalds restaurants today. Stopped at a Jasper Georgia location to get a Sausage McMuffin with egg. I placed my order inside but got it to go. Got down the road a bit and got ready to eat but the McMuffin was cold and appeared to have missed the toasting cycle and was definitely missing the egg. No time to go back as I had an important meeting to make. Later that evening I stopped at another McDonalds in Cartersville Georgia. There I ordered a quarter pounder no cheese. I got home and it was so bad I ate a couple bites and was done. Bread fell apart and the meat was like rubber. Guess I am wondering where the quality control and employee pride has gone. I worked at McDonalds for four years as a young man and we turned out good product and McDonalds was tops in the fast food industry. This was just one of many bad experiences I have had over about the past year at McDonalds. Hope for this companies sake things change for the better. It will be a while before I return.
