Such a difficult company to communicate with, average 5 mins recorded nonsense before joining a queue to speak to a human, after another 5 mins without reply gave up. This happened 3 times this week! Policy renewal quote 32% increase without reason, on-line quote(s) lower but with double XS + (£1500)!!!Bonkers. Tried chat line online 3 times, never connected just said no agent available. Sent an email asking for renewal docs to read thro' finally got a call saying MCE won't send out docs unless you purchase...they put me thro' to Customer Service, she couldn't have been more helpful and agreed to send proof of NCB so I can go to a more efficient organisation. She confirmed by email immediately and sounded charming and helpful, shame her colleagues (particularly in sales) don't have her skills.
