If I could give this zero stars, I would.
Bought a saute pan at Good Food Show. Non-stick failed, even though it was always used and washed carefully.
I sent it back to Proven products in Nottingham.
What a waste of time and money!
4 weeks after sending it, I had heard nothing. I rang them and at first they denied having received it. When I told them the delivery was tracked and I could tell them who had signed for it and when, they miraculously found it.
They would not replace it, even though it has a lifetime guarantee. They did agree to "recondition" it.
After another 4 weeks, I had still not had my pan back.
I rang again, and was told that it had been posted at the end of the week before.
I tracked the delivery - the pan had only been posted the day after I rung.
I now have my pan back, but it looks to me in exactly the same condition as when I sent it away 2 months ago. Whatever this reconditioning consists of, there is not much evidence of it in the condition of my pan.
I contacted WOLL online in Germany to let them know about the poor customer service I received from Proven Products.
Don't bother - they didn't even read my complaint properly, since their reply was one line referring me back to Proven products!
Don't waste your time or money contacting Proven products - they don't respond to emails and have no concept of customer service
