Chums owe me £22. I have rung times which costs money. Told something different everytime. I have receipts that I have sent Goods back, but cannot seem to get my money back. I have sent a letter recorded deliver, but they still have not contacted me. Do not know what to do next, don't think I will ever get the money back. I will never order from them again. I am being bombarded with e mails to buy, several a day. What a shambles, never had this trouble with any other catalogues.
