My wife purchased a pair of binoculars at the Scottish Game Fair as a present for me. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault when I eventually received them a month or so later. Ffordes staff were tremendous. The binoculars were returned and a new pair arrived on my doorstep 48 hours later with a small gift to cover my postage and inconvenience. If only all businesses were so quick to remedy things when they go awry.

Full marks to Ffordes and I will have hesitation in using and recommending them again. Needless to say I am delighted with my binoculars!
