“Poor service, late delivery”

Ordered a screw gun and dry wall screws. Was told it would arrive on the 28th August, didn't arrive until 6th September. The order was missed due to 'human error' which derailed a weekends worth of work and had to cancel several jobs.

No refund of postage, just got given a £5 off next purchase, which is about 5% of my order price. The voucher was also for 'valued customers' - I assume this was more for people leaving good reviews.

My complaint was handled poorly by the staff, I was not informed about it being late, when I called to ask they didnt even know it had not been sent. I had to call back twice after no response and it was not even sent until the following day. Safe to say that £5 voucher is useless.
