“Home content not worth it after 17 years paying in”

I Bank wth Lloyds and my insurance was with them, I made a claim for a small damage on my Suit ( A broken bit of wood on end of suite ) and after 50 minuets said I am not covers.

What is accident cover ? I stopped my insurance at end of contract. I closed my bank account.

Lloyds lied when I asked ? Are my contents covers by accident? Replied ' Yas ' but mean - no, we want your money.
