“Very poor work and customer service ”

I had a conservatory built which we told should have taken 2 days but took 5 days. The conservatory that was built didn't fit the foundations due to poor measurements. They returned to fix this problem and the leaks that resulted from the poorly fitted foundations but the leaks continued to be a problem. Many phone calls and no replies later I finally spoke to someone that said they would send someone round to fix the problem but they never arrived. Three months later and still waiting for these problems to be fixed, they're demanding their money. Which will NOT be payed until these issues are resolved. I think the company practice is disgusting.
