“Lost my parcel”

Lost my parcel. Had to refund my buyer for the item and postage. MyHermes told me I didn't drop it off and refuses to help. No telephone. Zero customer service. They lost my sling and I've had to pay postage twice. Rubbish company AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
