“Very poor service, orders for new bike lost! Never...”

Purchased new bike that was in stock, given a delivery date. Nothing.
Few days after due date, nothing. Lots of long waits on phone trying find out what happened. Over week late to get bike. But happy to take payment straight away. If I did not waste hours trying to find out what happened, I would of never received bike or refund.

Now the bike received is faulty, but they want me to pay to fix!!
