having arranged for a home visit for measurements to be taken for hall/stairs/landing,I called at the shop the following day to order and arrange fitting.I arranged the fitting to take place 11 days after ordering as the staff member stated it normally takes 7-10days.I was contacted 3 days later from the carpet fitter stating he was on his way to fit the carpet,i informed him that he was a week early and fortunately I was in and available for the carpet to be fitted.The fitter removed the old carpet laid the underlay and commenced fitting the carpet landing first then the stairs and finally the hallway.When he came tofit the hallway he found that the piece had been measured/cut incorrectly therefore would have to contact the shop and re-order a piece which he did.I requested that it would be helpful if they could fit the hallway in a weeks time which would have been the original day I had requested fitting.After 6 days I contacted the store to enquire as to the progress and was informed that they were out of stock and had to order new stock of that carpet and it would take at least another week.The staff member was extremely unhelpful and stated what more do you want me to do.As this was a mistake by the company I had no contact from them apologising for this or no contact to keep me informed of any problems it was left to meto chase up.I completed a complaint form from their website which to date has been ignored.So in a nutshell if you want a professional service and good customer service shop elsewhere,quick enough to take your money in a seemingly competent way but beware if theres ever a problem don't expect any competency from the firm
