I ordered my sofa back In February and the problem is ongoing.
I have been sent the wrong parts on two occassions and now that I have had to cancel the appointment due to work commitments I have been informed that I will have to pay a cost for the cancellation. There are also 2 other issues with the sofa that have not been dealt with. The staff are very unpleasant when discussing issues and have the wrong attitude when dealing with complaints. I was informed by a member of staff that when ordering furniture sometimes accidents happen!!!! As though it is expected that new items may be faulty when they arrive!!!! please think twice about using this company. My issue has been -is ongoing after seven months and I have never received a phone call by a manager to apologise about the situation. Disgusted in the service.
