I have tried every possible diet and meal plan under the sun! Only got to read about a new plan and I am buying the books, joining the clubs and buying the food. It usually lasts about a week before I am eating all the things I am not "allowed" or having a complete blow out day. The only one that works properly for me is Nutracheck when I do write everything in and don't miss days out.
I love the barcode search and the fitbit link. When I fail it is because I haven't filled in my daily diary and just fall off the plan which is my own fault. The diary is so comprehensive and I love it.
The only thing I would like to see added is a carbohydrate content as I find I lose weight more easily if I lower my carb intake. Would be great if Nutracheck could include this.
Just signed up for another six months, really good value and thoroughly recommend the site.
