General Comments
The Shanghi Airgun QB78 is my first air rifle and I am absolutley delighted with the QB 78 .22 it only cost me 59.95 from Blackpool Air rifles which was by far the best price (trust me I spent hours scanning websites for price) most dealers were asking between 80-100 quid. It is powerful, accurate and I would recommend it to any new or avid air gunner - they are great fun. One bit of advice - get rid of the open sights before you even take a shot and fit a good scope that is relevant for your shooting I added a Hawke Sport HD 6x40 with Multiple Aim Point (also reviewed) and I am blasting 24mm chalk targets for fun from 80 feet (thats v good for me!!). Also taken out two rats very cleanly too (admitted they were slowed down with poison) using RWS Super H Point .22 pellets (also reviewed). All in all this rifle has cost me £120 to set up inc rifle, scope, mounts and 25 co2 cartidges but it feels like it should have cost me a lot more - Quality!!!
