Three years ago I had my first DNA test and analyses. Later, I began creating my family tree from scratch, but soon realized that I would need a computerized family tree builder.

I searched and discovered MyHeritage and became a PremiumPlus member. I am just a beginner and am very satisfied with the MyHeritage Tree Builder program and User’s Guide. I especially like the syncing service.

When I became unable to sync because of a series of my errors that I could not find to fix, I contacted MyHeritage Support.

The courteous, patient, knowledgeable MyHeritage Support Team member, was able to remotely find and correct my project’s errors in my computer using MyHeritage’s TeamViewer program.

Yes, I am very happy to be a MyHeritage PremiumPlus member.
