Where do I begin? There is a reason why B&Q make you pay for the entire kitchen and installation upfront, and that's because you are about to embark on a long and protracted journey of lies, misinformation, and level of customer service so bad that you will feel like you are in some strange East European Art House movie about a dystopian future where the entire social apparatus is designed to send you insane. It took seven months for my kitchen to be finally installed to a standard that remotely resembled satisfactory, with three different installers, and being delivered so much broken components that you could have built three kitchens from it. I was consistently lied to, and continually had to chase up B&Q to send installers around to fix the sub standard work of their previous installers. The installers left my house in such a filthy state I had to employ a contract cleaner to clear up the mess. Nothing went right, or to plan, and I'm still waiting for the compensation cheque that was promised to me over a month ago. Avoid at all costs.
