the assigned satff helped us a lot with our ticket and hotel booking.she's fantastic..she deserved a promotion...we had a delayed flight in going for more than an hour but that was fine,and an almost 1 hour delay again in coming back ,worrying that we'd miss our return trip via National Express Coach ..we had a smooth fight despite of a little bit of turbulence upon approaching UK ..hotel is fantastic,clean,with free wifi and the Staff are accomodating as well ,but it could have been better if there is a variation of foods served for breakfast ..i would imagine for more tourist that would flock in to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel had they also served cooked breakfast ....eating same foods for breakfast in 5 mornings is so monotonous ,but we survived anyway..(we had our dinner and supper in the buffet restaurants in the city..) i
