owned one for 18 months when it failed and would not heat uo the water. Contacted Polti with full details asking where the nearest Polti 'repair' centre was. After just over one week they contacted me and offered to give me a new replacement and to take back the faulty machine. This has now been done and its full marks to Polti for customer service.The old machine only had a couple of weeks before the guarantee ran out!
