Booked a cruise 11 months ago only to be told today 5 days before we go that the offer of on port parking was not available as car park full. Voucher to park miles away off port. Asked repeatedly for a senior person to call me, told no point they couldn't do anything. Eventually contacted concierge services who were very helpful and got someone to take my call, by this time we had booked on port parking ourselves, We had been lied too, promised a call back still waiting and £125.00 out of pocket. Don't be fooled you don't get what they offer!
Don't understand why a customer service department won't speak to you when asked to contact you!
