Service is great when you are purchasing,terrible when you have a problem. Everyone should know you can't complain in store, you are told to go on line and then you have to write in. Why they couldn't just say the address is on your receipt. The bails on their Popcorn bracelets aren't fit for purpose and are not secure.Reading these reviews gives me the impression that happy customers don't actually wear their jewellery. My son's partner sits in front of me when we gave her a bracelet and in less than an hour the first pendant came off,next day out to lunch and you've guessed it the second one falls off. Gerald Rather was honest enough to say the stuff he sold in his shops was 'Tat'and his shops all closed down pretty soon after.I think the Warren James chain of shops will go the same way, as with no return custom once the rubbish service and with the non existent after sales service there will be no second visit or purchases.
