“ continued poor customer after sales service ”

Had my persimmon property nearly 10 yrs now . Just had my paid to have my guttering soffits and facias cleaned to discover that the pic fascia board has still got its cellophane cover on it and now it's been on that long it won't come off . Just rang persimmon and told to contact nhbc . So fobbed off as always by persimmon . 9 1/2 years or not since purchase I've just paid 20p quid to have my roof line cleaned to discover a build mistake and they're saying it's a warranty job !! I said how's tgat then . I said it's a build error and in the interests of customer care you should tell the right person and get then down here to sort it out . It's been on that long with constant summer and winter the film won't come off . NOT HAPPY AT ALL !! they then told me to write a letter . Why should I !! They need to dort it end of . When I move there is no way I'd even consider another persimmon home they didn't put my kitchen cupboard up straight and they've been.back fir that and they're still not straight !! Just had a call from the area manager and as usual it's a no can do . Nice that they can just walk away from their errors !! I recommend people to avoid persimmon like the plague . Poor finish on their homes clearly and poor after sales . Very very annoyed !!
