I love your bags. I originally bought Mini Plus, then a Medium and just recently I ordered 2 Minis.
The bags are of excellent quality, sizes are pretty good. I had a problem with Mini Plus that it was just too awkward to place in a bigger bag, but it's otherwise an excellent bag.

I only have one complaint, and that is quality of your foam. I find it is just a bit too abrasive (or becomes abrasive after being stored for awhile). The tips of my minis (pointed fingers, ends of hair, etc) constantly get slightly damaged. If you could start using, or at least offer as an option, a much softer foam, your items would become a 5++.

Also, a wish I have would be for the bags to have pockets for some thicker items, like measuring tapes or boxes with tokens.
