Good Points
Ease of use, clear display, band bios

Bad Points
Way too expensive! You can get albums cheaper in the shops. Considering they don't need to produce the CD and related costs it should be cheaper than it is per song.

General Comments
iTunes is a user friendly site, clearly laid out and easy to search. I like the fact that you can get free dowloads each week, which is a good way of discovering new music. Extra information such as band Bios and genre playlists are good ideas. However in my opinion it is too expensive. I have found albums in the shops significantly cheaper than I got it through iTunes!
