“iTunes is rubbish! There is help, but it is not right....”

Bad Points
It freezes and goes funny, and it doesn't allow you to play music.

General Comments
iTunes is rubbish! There is help, but it is not right. I first downloaded some music realising that they were not MP3 files, and it does not allow you to convert them. Also, when you tick the box to then buy MP3 files, it still doesn't come as a MP3 file.
