“Home Insurance renewal”

I was texted to say my insurance renewal wasn't approved and to ring the office number. I did so and didn't wait very long before I spoke to operative RC6 who was able to sort out the problem and renewed my insurance policy. I am very happy with the service I received. I also received e-mails confirming everything was now OK, within 5 minutes.
