“I used to work for Insureansgo”

I used to work for Mapfre who underwrite and own insureandgo. The managers ignore claims and have a back log of 10,000 plus claims. Some customers have died before their claims, big or small, have even been looked at.
Customers are mislead, and simply left to forget their claim even existed.
The staff are pressured to deal with customers in less than 3 mins with little support from their managers, to the point where toilet breaks are on a timer.
Avoid buying any policy underwritten by mapfre.
