I bought my Polti off the Polti website at the end of February 2010 and it has already been in one of their workshops for repair twice. You will find that the customer relations side of this company is shocking, no one will talk to me. The people who deal with the faulty machine problems cannot give me a telephone number or any contact details of someone to complain to, which leads me to conclude that they are only a call centre. There is a customer care form on the website to report any problems but no one has called me directly from the company to discuss my problems. I feel that my machine should be replace with a new one but WHO DO I TALK TO. I am at a loss now and feel cheated out of my hard earned £599 pounds. This company does not deserve your custom, I recommend that you look elsewhere for a steam cleaner.
