Visited for my 5 yo daughter, routine check. Friendly greeting, area for small people to entertain themselves helpful whilst waiting but seen ahead of time. Full ophthalmic exam including retinal photography offered and additional cost of this explained in advance. Good approach with young patient as interactive, may have liked explanation of what exam components were aimed at looking for but much self explanatory anyway. plenty of time spent with us, very pleased.
