The package to send my phone off came within 2 days and the instructions with it are so clear you really can't go wrong. As a precaution my quote was for just £27 with the potential to change once it was reviewed upon arrival. If I wasn't happy with the quote they were going to send the phone back to me free of charge. However I was given the full amount which was £54.70 and it arrived in my bank account within hours! Absolutely no problems whatsoever with this service. They're extremely efficient and fast in everything they do. Would certainly recommend to everyone and definitely use it again personally :)
